Alaskans and Americans everywhere are currently in tears, mourning the news that Sarah Palin will be resigning as Governor of Alaska.

Alaskan TV channel KTUU-TV reported that Palin made the announcement that she will be resigning in the next few weeks this Friday morning from her home...you know, the one that she can see Russia from.
It's reported that Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell will take over as Governor at the end of the July, and so fat there's no word on why Palin is resigning, or what she'll plan on doing next.
We're hoping she'll take a nice break from politics, and maybe go on a hunting holiday. Or maybe do a reality show where she becomes the coach of her very own hockey team, like The Mighty Ducks and call it The Might Moose instead. Or start up her own chat show.
The possibilities are endless.
