If you're on the west coast you haven't missed it yet! On tonight's
SNL, Tina Fey reprises her role as Sarah Palin. This time, she spoofs
the widely viewed Katie Couric interview that aired on CBS this week, with Amy Pohler taking on the role of Katie. The best part? Tina uses Sarah's actual answers!

This week is not just one, but an entire academic administration. Governors of the Catholic school St Monica's High School in Prestwich, Greater Manchester have said they will not allow students to receive the HPV vaccinations on the school's premises. This is strikingly dissimilar to the behavior of other schools, and the Catholic church, which has said "there is nothing wrong with allowing the cervical cancer vaccinations to be given."

Katie Couric, I bow down.
Although we've said that we're no longer going to report on the ridiculous crap that floats around the media regarding Sarah Palin, this one-on-one interview with both Sarah Palin and Katie Couric is magnificent.

While gallivanting around California last week, I indulged myself in a little trash and purchased a copy of People Magazine's Best & Worst Dressed issue. Now, while People is no where near as ridiculous as US Weekly or Look or Now or whatever the hell those 99cent magazines are called - it's still melts your brain a little.

With deadlines, friends to meet for drinks, laundry to do, books to read, Zzz’s to catch and everything else we try and crow bar into the day, it is understandable that we don’t always manage to get our full quota of vitamins and nutrients into our diets.
Combine that with keeping the calories low enough for the body-con dress you just have to wear next Saturday night, and health wise, well, you are essentially screwed! While I try really hard to get my 5 a-day, and cook most things ...
